general

- I have the right to refuse any order.- NSFW, hateful and disrespectful requests will be automatically denied.- Commissions are on a first-come-first-serve basis, unless there is a commission with a deadline soon before it.
> If there is no response to all contact attempts after a week, the slot will be automatically revoked/given to someone else/postponed.- Images from Freepik might be used. If this is the case for your commission, please attribute Freepik in the description or privately discuss with me to not use it.- The commissioner is allowed to use my work commercially, however with crediting me
(@rainwhal on Youtube and Instagram, my Carrd anywhere else) in a easily visible place.- Do NOT redistribute or claim my work.- I have all rights to my work. I have the right to post WIPs of the product or the completed product on my social media accounts, unless you pay an additional fee for privacy.- All of my work is digital. No shipment of physical goods.- The commissioner is not allowed to use any part of the commissioned work for non-fungible tokens (NFTs), cryptocurrency, or AI databases.

payment

- Payment is done with Robux (with Roblox gamepasses) and/or Discord Nitro (10$ version).- For Robux, all my prices DO NOT include tax. Please consider the Robux tax before commissioning me.- 50% of the payment must be provided before I start working.
Once completed, I will ask for the other 50%, then send the file. If you refuse to pay the fee or is unresponsive for a month (after several reminders), I will blacklist you from ordering.- Refunds will not be given once 50% or over of the product is completed.

other

- Project files will not be given.- Simple assets can be made by me, but you must have the basic assets required before commissioning me.
> For debut trailers, these are a fully rigged model and logo.
> For MVs, these are a fully mixed song file and art.
> If you wish to have complex assets, please pay the extra fee. I alone decide if the assets I make are considered complex or not.
